CCA Abogados, a boutique law firm offering specialized legal advice, will inaugurate this week its new office at Marina Flamingo,
located in Guanacaste. The office is one of the first six establishments of the development that will celebrate their opening during an event this Saturday, November 19.
CCA was founded in 2013 by Federico Jenkins, an attorney licensed in New York and Costa Rica, and Mariamalia Guillen, an attorney and certified public accountant. Its main focus is to provide legal services to clients in areas including the purchase and sale of properties, trusts, contracts, and immigration procedures. It also specializes in the registration of vessels, temporary navigation permits in Costa Rican waters, and foreign vessel flagging.
“This is a commitment we are making to the growth of the Guanacaste region, which allows us to be closer to our clients. Having licenses to practice in both New York and Costa Rica enables us to provide comprehensive service to our foreign clients,” said founding partner Federico Jenkins.
Other areas of expertise include guidance and advice for successfully developing construction projects, the creation of condominiums, and the processing of permits with various public and private entities. In addition, the firm has a strategic alliance with the U.S. law firm Carlton Fields LLP.
“The opening of the Marina means the arrival of a flow of vessels and new clients to the area, and we want to be as close as possible to advise and guide them in the process of establishing themselves in the country,” said partner Mariamalia Guillen.
Currently, they also have an office in San José, located in Torre Lexus, where they maintain a diverse client portfolio and a comprehensive team of professionals providing services tailored to the needs of each client.
